Being pregnant can put a huge amount of strain on the mothers body and our massage therapist Michelle knows all about this as she has 6 children of her own so she feels passionately about making an expectants mothers journey as comfortable as possible.
Pregnancy massage is similar in many ways to a normal massage with the main difference being that massage techniques and positions used in pregnancy are adapted to maintain the wellbeing of mother and child.
