Tim MatthewsJanuary 11, 2024I have suffered Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (M.E. - also erroneously known as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome - CFS) following a virus in 2013. The condition causing a myriad of symptoms including extreme fatigue, requiring 90% of life to have to be spent resting/inactive, combined with the body being in perpetual 'fight' state flooding the muscles with lactate, I have relied increasingly on massage to ease the resulting muscle stiffness, which escalates to full on pain if not treated. Having seen a number of different massage therapists over the years, I was delighted to find both Bryan and Carly at CK Clinic in an entirely different league, their treatment approach the most comprehensive, helpful and longest lasting I have experienced yet.
