Kate Waters – Nutrition Practitioner
Kate is a MSc. qualified nutritionist with over 20 years experience in the health, nutrition and fitness industry. Kate has worked with a huge variety of clients from 70 year olds looking to lose weight, to the fastest man in world rugby and USA 100m sprinter, Carlin Isles, and other members of the USA Rugby 7s team. Kate’s main areas of expertise are weight management, sports nutrition and women’s health.
In 2018, Kate won the Nutrition Practitioner award chosen by some fantastic judges including Jo Wood, Zoe Ball, Dr Marilyn Glenville and Dale Pinnock. Kate’s first book, The DNA Diet, was published in January 2019, and she is currently working on book number two. Kate regularly contributes to nutrition related features for many publications including MailOnline, Telegraph, Metro, Sainsbury’s Magazine, Closer Magazine, Top Sante, New!Magazine, and others. She is the co-host of the nutrition and fitness podcast, Fit as F**k.
Kate is registered with the Royal Society of Medicine and the FHT.
